it works i have managed to get sf2 instruments to convert to emax1/2 format files and e3 but the conversion from emax to sf2 was not correct as there are some samples in the upper region dont play properly so i used extreme sample converter to convert from e3 format to sf2 but as seeing as emxp is a free product its fantastic at what it does and no doubt esynthesis will iron out the problems

Mmmm... of course I want to check what may be wrong in EMXP. If you have a file which translates wrong, please send me the file in zipped format and I'll have a look. Because I really want EMXP to be as HQ as possible. SF2 is the latest addition to EMXP but also the most complicated one.
