I don't think Rob will like this... These URLs are not meant to be distributed. The material is payable. (I read that Rob will hand over EmulatorArchive to someone else, so maybe he will not be offended anymore :-) --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, Jason Chatzilias <jason@...> wrote:

Anyway, in the Emulator Archive Manuals section, there are links to the owner's manual and more. Just doing a try replacing the word "Owner's" with "Service" on the link brings us the same file. I mean it was not secured at all :) --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, Jason Chatzilias <jason@...> wrote:

Just because a door isn't locked doesn't mean you can enter someone's house and remove items from it. It is still stealing in my book. And, keeping in mind that in the past all the things Rob did for the group.... I can't see taking from him. He helped many of us by getting the binaries for SCSI kits from Emu so they could be made. And he didn't get a dime from it (though I offered). :-( Just my opinion. Same here. This isn't some nameless person or rich corporation so most of the excuses to take go out the window, along with the reason people in this group would have to help those who do. I personally have two working emax keyboards because of the manuals I bought and the people here. As the saying goes: It takes a village to keep ancient synthesizers working. ________________________________

I would suggest to the people who fixed any emax thanks to that downloaded-for-free document to make a donation, even small. Same request for other compilators/developers like Esynthesist. I wouldn't have fired up my emaxes without EMXP ever :) --- In emax@yahoogroups.com, Patrick R <designlord@...> wrote:
