Or how about sending a bug report to this forum. I'm sure Emagic is

It is Akai compatible, but there are indeed still issues. This was the
first release of EXS24 and I'm convinced that Emagic is working on the
necessary fixes.
In the meantime, I can recommend www.cdxtract.com
I've recently bought this Akai convertor and it's MUCH better than
EXS24's convertor. It can also do much more.

Oh yes, actually they even pick up selected users with their limo's for
company visits etc. I heard someone is flying there every morning with
his helicopter as he lives quite far. And of course the company car
every Emagic employee gets is either a Mercedes S500 (in Brabus edition
if I'm not mistaken), or a BMW 740 (in Racing Dynamics edition), but
that was publicly known, wasn't it?
