Just select all zones and hold CTRL or on Mac ???( i don't know the key) and click on any parametar you want to be same for all zones.

  I'm in the middle of creating large instruments with at least 49 
  samples with my EXS24 instr. editor.
  Now, all the samples need to be 'one shot'. Is there a way to this 
  with all the zones at once? It would save me hours, and I would be 
  highly surprised if it isn't possible!
  Any advice is appriciated!
