Logic Win people were offered the Mac authorization codes for free at the time
of the Apple buyout. If you asked for them nicely you were sent the codes and
typing them in authorised your XSKey for Logic Mac and the Mac versions of all
your plugins EXS24 etc.

What Apple/Emagic's current policy with regard to giving PC authorisation to
Mac licence holders I don't know -- you will have to ask them. 

They might just send it to you upon request, they might charge your for the
licence to the other platform (as they used to do before the buyout) or they
might simply say that Logic PC is kaput and decline to issue new licences to
it.
