VSL and assigning memory to LAMP

I have a DP OS9/OSX box with 2GB of RAM.  I am using the Vienna
Symphonic Library on this machine along with Logic.  Any thoughts on how
much ram to give Logic?  Does the EXS take its RAM from the system or
from logic?
