In the Key Commands window, type "zone" in the Find box. This should 
show a.o. the invaluable "move zone inc. root note up/down" commands, 
which is probably what you're looking for.  Assign a key to those 
commands, select all zones you want to move (shift-click), and save 
yourself hours of work and a bout of RSI :-).
