Hi,

I have exactly the same problem. I was just about to post the same thing to
the list. I am using a dual 2GHz on Mac OS X 10.2.8 with Logic Platinum
6.3.1
I have 2 SATA 160GB drives. My samples are on the non System drive.
I am using an RME digiiface with latest drivers. I will try an earlier one.

What audio hardware are you using?

Matt
