I'm running the latest version of both in the latest version of Jaguar, I
have not been successful in running it in Panther (yet)

What machine are you trying to run it on, Reaktor is extremely processor and
Ram intensive, some of the more complex ensembles crash my machine as well:

DP 533 G4/1.5GB Ram/80 GB HD/ MOTU 2408
