I just tried.  For the SAM Set, I couldn't get it to work either.  
However, there are other titles which I could apply it to.  Perhaps you 
should give them a call or email.  The QL Brass EMU format is on sale 
currently as part of their December sale.  You won't be gettng an 
additional 35% off on it but it is currently at a phenomenal price ($99 
US).  I ordered it a few days ago myself since it is such an awesome 
deal.
