Did you have to install a driver for your Micro Express? The reason I ask is that I've never installed a driver of any sort for the MIDI Time Piece II. The only software I've ever found for it was a patch editing program. I'd always thought the MTP driver was built into Logic, cos the multiplexing MIDI thing was something that MOTU got right and therefore became a defacto standard. So *maybe* Logic has moved on and become incompatible with the MTP? I've noticed in recent times that if I boot Logic before I turn the MTP on I can no longer just go to MIDI Interface Communicatin preferences and click on "MTP Cable Mode". This always used to work but now it causes MIDI havoc, and once even scrambled the patch memory of the MTP. Just found an updated driver for the Griffin gPort, though. :-) I'll let you know how it goes. Cheers, Bill
