Digital Surgery: You should have seen my first draft of comments aimed at 
you. Seriously though, you have a tendency to exagerate your frustrations 
and have brought these reactions from other users on your self.

I read your previous e-mail, and having been endorsed by another user, it 
appears your problem with hanging notes is legitimate. Spare the 
embelishments and next time you may get a lot more sympathy. Interesting 
that you chose to respond to my e-mail. A lot of other list members had 
already been mocking you.

In any case, I truly wish you well and hope you'll find satisfaction with 
the next update (if you don't return your EXS).
