Have you checked out these guys? http://www.toontrack.com/demos.shtml There are a number of downloadable audio loops here. While the loops are generated from midi files, their kits and programming sound so good, that you'd swear they were live. I haven't listened to all that's here, so I can't guide you beyond the above link. I have heard some jazz loops however.The AKAI downloadable files seem to be the ones that are laid out more categorically. Good luck.
