Don t worry with that window, it will only prompt once (the very first time you load the sound), it will remember your pick and never come back (apart if the samples or the drive is missing). Simply pick the drive you want. Btw, you should spot where does extra copies are and nuke them (not if they are back up of course...), that too would solve your prompting problem.
