Yes. 

J. Lee  -   To import soundfonts -  just put the SF2 files in your sample
instruments folder. 

When you select that file in the EXS24's instrument window it performs the
conversion. The converter utility puts the exs instrument definition files in
the "Sampler Instruments" folder and puts the extracted audio files in the
"DLS-Giga" folder.
