If you have some VST sampler, you can simply dump it in the VstPlugIns folder in the Logic/OS9 application folder, and they should show up as available instruments. In Logic/OSX you need to use the AU-versions ofsuch samplers, or use the vst-wrapper (3rd party, by whomever) to convert OSX-VST's to AU's.
