Hi Roland, The easiest and cheapest way to fix this is by connecting a 'ground loop isolator' between the audio output of your Mac and the console. If you use the inputs of your Mac as well, then you should use such a device there as well, but I would advise to try the output first and leave the input disconnected. Most cheap ground loop isolators come in a smal enclosure with two little transformers in it and fixed leads.
