I am experiencing the exact same problem.  I can't figure it out.  I 
contacted Emagic support and they suggested I trash my preferences 
and try lodaing the samples as a group.  All of which I did, but 
unfortunately it still doesn't work.  I even reinstalled Logic 6 Pro 
completely, but still nothing.  I am planning on contacting emagic 
again today and if I find a solution I'll post it.  If you find

Glad to see that at least I'm not the only one experiencing this 
issue.
