Ok here is the scoop... First I do (and have) apologized to Gary for the delay in recieving his product. It has always been our goal to provide fast prompt service. However several issues have arisen that majorly delayed our service in this case non of which were Gary's problem but ours. My only regret to this situation is that I offered to not only refund Gary's money but also still ship him the product free of charge to account for the bad experience. I really wish he hadn't taken this public but again, this was my fault in the first place. I've been out of the town the past week and that has delayed me refunding the card which I will do on Monday. Again, this is no way accounts for the way DS Soundware does business and has done business succesfully for the past five years. My apologies to all involved.
