Sure you should have received your product by now, and of course it looks like there's something flaky with the order fulfillment process. But posting what you posted can be really damaging, and it's not constructive - even if (worst case) the lib isn't in stock yet. I'm not taking sides, by the way, just saying that this is inappropriate. As someone who has a side business that deals with mail orders (a publishing company), I can tell you that this kind of thing happens once in a while - and I'm not dishonest, deceitful, having business problems, or anything else. Credit card issues and extra receipts that our order fulfillment company can't deal with are always a pain in the rear, since I have other things to do. Shipments really do get lost in the mail - it happens a few times every year. You ask someone to ship an order and somehow it doesn't happen for whatever reason.
