If not, it's trivially easy to assign them to the same group and then 
assign the group to individual output pairs. Take a peek at the 
manual if you can't figure it out by poking around.

Because you don't get all the drums up on the same keyboard that way. 
I use KAT pads a good part of the time, and when I'm not doing that I 
play the parts in. Having the bd and sn on separate tracks wouldn't 
work.
