I'd rather treat the back of my current mixer and the back of a 2-input audio thingie (e.g. Mbox, US-122) as a patchbay than have to rearrange my rack, desk and powerboards. And, as mentioned in another post, I'm hoping the sale of Mbox and current mixer will pay for an 828. Problem solved! (Fingers crossed!!!)
