I would like to add that you can still treat a multi-out patch of the EXS as
a plain stereo instrument, even if you have separate outputs assigned.
You'll just have to load it as a "plain" stereo/mono instrument.
So, modifying all drumsets to be multiout ones won't harm older songs or
whatever.

Exception: Recycled files that you still want to extract grooves from. In
that case setting up multiple outs will mess up the extracted MIDI data.
