... if those apps can handle 32-bit files or if you set the Logic 
freeze-preferences to generate 24-bit files to start with.  And "turn 
into real audio files" is a tad misleading: moving the files doesn't 
change them.  It just prevents Logic from deleting them when you 
unfreeze a track.  But you're right in principle: using freeze you 
can "bounce" 20 individual tracks simultaneously if you want.
