* Open EXS editor
* Create a new instrument
* Create a new zone
* Load your sample into the zone, it will default to the entire range 
of the instrument
* Save this newly created instrument
* Call it up in the main EXS plugin window

* Optional: Add additional zones to taste
* Optional: Add additional groups to taste
