However, the DAE can also be launched manually *before* LOGIC and then LOGIC will just do it's own thing and use the existing DAE. I will have to try both variations while keeping an eye on memory usage! Did you ever have a chance experiment with this, mac duff? (great post, loving the fisher price analogy...) Brio
