I quickly realized that the functionality is built into the CD driver now. So just double click the CD icon and drag the tracks to your desktop or hard drive; and they will be extracted there. One thing though; check the permissions on the newly created files after you do this. I'm not sure how the permissions are "governed" with this new functionality. I have found that sometimes I need to set them myself and sometimes I don't. And I haven't quite figured out the cause and effect that determines which specific circumstances warrant going in and setting them manually. Maybe it's got to do with which drive I extract them to; I'm not certain.
