Answer 1) Tim (and me neither) wasn't talking about using multiple instances of the EXS, just multiple instances of the same object in your arrange - quite a different thing. Answer 2) The EXS is sharing both graphical and sample resources among each instance that is being used, so on any modern computer you shouldn't notice the difference in CPU load at all (if there is any...).
