In case the EXS is set to stream samples (via VSM) it'll have to do the conversions on the fly, no idea whether that'll slow things down in a noticeable way, personally I've never been running into troubles. After all, 44.1 is by far the most common samplerate used by any sampler patches. That's also why it will take a long time until I bother to work at anything but 44.1 as my Logic/soundcard samplerate. Regards, Sascha
