I should know better than to reply to messages before 10:00 a.m.!  
LOL!!  The method I described may not be exactly what you were 
looking for in terms of "auto" mapping, but it will definitely allow 
you to take fairly large groups of individual .wav loops and put 
them into a form that can be used by the EXS24.

Again, once you get the hang of it, this procedure goes pretty 
quickly.  If there is a better and/or easier way, I'm all ears.
