The answer to this sadly is no, because the EXS doesn't support "release loops" or "release samples" - pretty bad for a modern sampler, especially since one could build up either way more naturally sounding patches (example: the small buzz happening when you release some bass/guitar string) or some weird stuff. Kontakt for instance (and my guess would be a lot of other soft samplers as well) has some "loop until release" feature. A workaround (but a highly timeconsuming one) could be to load the release part of the sample into some other zones which could then be triggered by note offs. But as said, I wouldn't bother with that method as it's surely one of the more timeconsuming things I could think of. That (and being compatible to other platforms and hosts of course) was one of the reasons for me to buy Komplete 2 (including Kontakt) a while ago. It's just so much easier to do these things in Kontakt. - Sascha
