Hi Pete,

You don't designate it from the hyper edit, arrange, or matrix window. 
You need to set the outputs from within the EXS 24 edit window itself. 
There, you can choose which zones/groups get assigned to which outputs.

One thing to be careful of though: if you have  a multi out EXS drum 
kit spread over several aux objects, remember that delay compensation 
doesn't work on aux's. So if you put some latency inducing plugins on 
some of the aux's; it will throw things out of sync. Maybe very subtly, 
maybe a lot, or maybe not at all; depending which plugins you use.
