EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi,
 I hope this isn't too terribly off-topic. I wanted to see if anyone 
knows how to do non-western tunings with the EXS and Logic. Are 
there templates I can get that are tuned to say, an Indonesian Pelog 
scale or Indian Classical modes, or North African Arabic scales, 
etc. I know that some keyboards and some programs do this, but can I 
do it with My Apple/Emagic tools? 

 I'd rather use the sounds I have and not just buy more sampling cds 
of loops. I don't want performances or even multi samples, but just 
a way to detune say, a string section to get that 60's psychedelic 
Indian orchestra vibe, or to make a Koto sample sound more like an 
Oud performance. I'd play the parts myself as I do realize the 
performance gestures and nuances are even more inportant than the 
tunings themselves. Any help would be most appreciated. Cheers.
