That is not a matter of the environment but a matter of the EXS  
instrument itself. It must be configured that way. Actually I do not  
know of a drum kit which does what you want (but I don't know many).  
Wizoo's mextended drums for example have a separate output for dry,  
room and overhead sound but not single parts.

You can do that on your own if you either duplicate a kit and store  
the parts as single instruments or set different EXS outputs in the  
instrument editor - than you get the single parts out via Aux objects.
