Quantum Leap Brass is widely used, but I've found it to be marginal and have had to get by combining that with a rag-tag collection of older brass libraries from Roland, EMU and Northstar. Kick Ass Brass seems to be good at small ensemble stuff, but is pricey for its scope. I'm sure others will chime in here about the Vienna and John Rekevic dedicated sax libraries, neither of which I've yet heard. Many of us have been anxiously awaiting the release of Gary Garritan's Jazz & Big Band collection, due out any time. If it's anything like his previous libraries, it may become the defacto library for this style. Info here: http://www.garritan.com/jazz.html
