That's where you find the .exs instruments, not the samples. You have 
to build and instrument first.

Click EDIT, and the editor will open. Create a new Instrument, then 
and new Zone. In the blank box, click it and a Open dialog will 
appear. Choose your sample on that, then save the instrument.

One thing though - AIFF files may be compressed or non-compressed. 
Many iTunes AIFF files, if ACC, are compressed and I'm not sure EXS 
will like those.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
