 Julie... I use LaCie drives...a 350G D2 for samples. I stick to FW800 on my
 PowerBook G4 although the D2 has FW400 & USB2 connections. USB2 is supposed to
 be just as fast but just doesn¹t seem to cut it for me. Only the ³17 MacBook
 Pro currently has FW800...worth it to me when I¹m ready for a new laptop.

Can¹t help with Project Sam samples.
