EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I would like to send a friend a LAP 4.7 song that uses all EXS24 
instruments.  He has LAP 4.7 & EXS24, but different hardware.  I'm 
using the Digi001 and he's using Emagic's AudioWerk card.

If I backup the EXS24 instruments to a 'sampler instruments' folder 
within the song's folder - and use stuffit to compress the entire 
folder and send it to him - what steps would he have to to take to be 
able to play it on his box?
