Nothing's wrong with your EXS. It's just the way the samples have been mapped in the sampler instrument. A lot of drum mappings are like this - leaving some notes unassigned. If you want to change it, you can easily go into the EXS Instrument Editor and graphically drag the left or right boundaries of the zones in question from right under the keyboard portion of the window, and drag them out to lengthen them.
