Making a copy violates your software licence agreement I believe. It's sort of the same thing for Logic Audio as well but with Logic Audio (at least the more premium versions) you would need to make a backup of the dongle. If you wait until Logic Audio 5.0 is out there will be a new dongle implementation which will use some sort of a programmable dongle for copy protection. At that time, you may wish to ask your distributor what options are available to you for your second studio setup. Sorry that this doesn't help you much but it is all that I can offer. To respond directly to your query, I do not know if it is possible to make a backup copy of the CD (I have not tried it myself anyway). Good luck, Fernando
