Well, while companies may try to make un-copyable CDs, nobody has suceeded
yet.
If you ever want to know how to copy *any* CD, have a look at
www.gamecopyworld.com. Not that I'm playing any games at all (too addictive,
can't afford that), but that site has loads of information.

Yes, I do it all the time, as said, I don't want to scratch my originals of
EXS, ES1 and EVP anymore.

I used the BlindRead/BlindWrite suite (I guess www.blindwrite.com) as
CloneCD (which many people prefer) didn't like my TEAC burner.
