EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Hi list,

I\ufffdm about to convert a bunch of Akai-format CDs and I am a little lost with
the conversion options/presets.
In some postings I read it was recommended to set the default output volume
to 0dB for best sound quality - was this recommendation only ment for
certain disks or is this a general statement?
Also, are there any recommendations for the Merge programs/Create
interleaved stereo options?
Basically: Is it necessary to adjust these settings depending on the source
material, or is there a single one best setting?
I don\ufffdt find the manual to be of any help there and I can\ufffdt figure out what
is the best settings.
