Sorry for nit-picking, but the filter can somewhat be altered to the Zone 
level by using Groups - there's a alteration of the global setting for the 
cutoff and the resonance, as well as for the amplitude envelope (the ADSR 
part).

There isn't any way to do LFO's filter envelopes, mono-poly, etc. to the 
zone level, though. I can't wait until EXS 5.0 (whatever it'll be called) 
does this. It'll invalidate a bunch of programming on our end, but who cares...

That's true - but there's every other soft-sampler that can do that. Why 
not the EXS?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
