Yeah, I like sharing ideas on organization too. Another reason I forgot to mention
that I don't just use my email program is that I get the LUG in digest form. It
isn't easy to save individual elements of the digest in an email program in the
format it comes in. So once I am copying and pasting, I just prefer to take care of
it myself outside the email software. It's easier to backup that way too.
