It's a problem everyone has to live with, unfortunately. The 
software-oscillators within most software synths and samplers need time to 
warm up. It's best that after you boot your computer that you wait 10 
minutes or so to allow the oscillators to stabilize.

Nowadays, with 1-2mHz processors, the CPU is finally getting to the point 
that some of these tuning errors can finally be addressed. But so far, no 
one (as far as I know) has coded a really good algorithm to cut down on the 
warm up time.
