not with ie6 at least. I can grab the entire site straight to my hdd. I am grabbing entire volumes, multiple volumes and yes it is slow as hell but seems to be stable. Get a good ftp client like ftp explorer. And be prepared for a long wait! The site is slow and busy. It should work from IE5 but you'll only be able to download files individually by clicking on each one. With ftp explorer you can copy folders and all the files within without further user interaction. G.
