EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

not with ie6 at least.

I can grab the entire site straight to my hdd.

I am grabbing entire volumes, multiple volumes and yes it is slow as
hell but seems to be stable.
No drop outs

an ftp client will give you a resume fuction though

Get a good ftp client like ftp explorer.  And be prepared for a long 
wait!  The site is slow and busy.  It should work from IE5 but you'll 
only be able to download files individually by clicking on each one.  
With ftp explorer you can copy folders and all the files within 
without further user interaction.

the actual .exs files when they are all zipped might be between 5-10mb.
I am not sure how many people are going to download them from my server.
20 or so downloads will be fine but if it is 100 then we might have a
problem.

It has started to slow to a crawl at the moment so I might be posting on
Monday now. I'll see how I go.
I have to go pick up a compressor tomorrow morning but if I get time
tomorrow afternoon I might put the first lot together.
I have downloaded and converted Volumes 1, 3, 4, 6 and the Pianos. Just
waiting for volume 5 to come down so I can exs-orize them.
Why dont I host them on my ftp for a while and you can grab them when
you want and pop them on your hotline server.

I do find it interesting that on the 'Logic Sucks thread' on the Logic
list, all the people to reply to 'mr dual cpu athalon tyan mobo dude
problems abound bloke' who said they have no problems with logic at all
were Mac users.
Having recently switched (well, 9 months ago or so) and not had Logic
crash (waves plugs yes, logic no) I am sooooo glad I made the switch.

you could also upload onto my hotline server if you like and folks could 
pick it up there...let me know and i'll mail you pertinent info...mn
