Sorry for the delay.. Just load the "extension-less" SD2 files eg in the batchconvertor. In the batch convertor, there is a setting where you can set properties for raw files (source raw attributes). Set that to Mac redbook audio (that should work imo) or something like that. Then in conversion settings, set up filetype to WAV PCM etc... that's it.
