I do think a lot more would care if they took more interest in 
detailed shaping of musical phrases and dynamics. From reading 
different interviews I gather that most people who really use cc #ll 
are doing a lot of music simulating real instruments. The importance 
CC #11 has to you probably goes to show that you are very focused on 
the musical phrasing of each instrument. It's obvious that this is 
not where most music makers use their energy. At the same time I 
think that a lot (myself included) aren't smarter than using the 
general volume cc where expression would have been a better choise.
