I thought the EXS on a TDM system could only be used with ESB which indeed depends on native power. that's the cool thing about logic with ESB and PT is that you can use all the normal PT plugs with the hardware DSP and logic's plugs with the CPU... (since you can't use RTAS in logic it's only fair...)
